1. What size should I buy?
All our sizes are standard, but if you are unsure what size to order check out the Sizing Chart.
2. How can you offer so many colors and sizes?
We are able to offer all our items in over 200 colors and in 11 different sizes because we hand make every item right here in the USA! This means we do not carry stock of ANY individual item, we only carry stock of fabric, and we don’t start working on your item till you order it.
3. What is your return policy?
We hope that you love what you ordered; a lot of hard work goes into making each BDancewear item by hand for you. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer our customers a 30 day money back guarantee!
Purchases made at BDancewear can be easily returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date you received it, provided that they have not been worn or altered in any way, and are accompanied by the original tags and completed return form.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Generally, it takes between 1 and 3 weeks for us to make your order, and then the speed of shipping depends on the option you purchase. Our standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail, 5-7 business days. However if you need it sooner, please let us know by calling us at 1-888-559-3331 or specifying in the comments section so that we can cooridinate rushed production and quote you expedited shipping options. Production time varies based on the volume of orders we receive, along with the time of year (during competition season the wait time may increase). Please remember we make your item by hand and only start on your item after you order it. Many companies are able to deliver it faster to you because they have their items made in bulk and sitting on the self when you order it. We prefer to make a higher quality product. 5. Where is my order?
It is either in the mail, or we are feverishly working on it. You can check by logging into " My Account" on the upper right of this page, and clicking " Review orders / track packages".
The order status should either say "processing," which means we are still working on it, or "shipped," in which case, you may use the tracking number to find out more information.
Once your order has shipped from BDancewear, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect the package or change the shipping speed. BDancewear does not accept any responsibility for unexpected shipping delays or failures caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, and shipping fees are non-refundable. In rare cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about your package: USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.
6. Can I get my order faster/ do you offer faster shipping?
Sometimes, depending on the volume of work we currently have we might be able to get your item/s to you faster. Call us aat 1-888-559-3331 or email us cyndi@bdancewear.com, and we will answer this question for you ASAP.
7. What is the fabric made out of and how wide is it?
Lycra is 18% Spandex 82% Nylon 5.9 oz and it is 58/60 inches wide.
Shiny Lycra is 18% Spandex 82% Nylon 5.9 oz and it is 58/60 inches wide.
Power Mesh
Holograph is 20% spandex and 80% Nylon 54 inches of usable fabric
Cotton/Lycra is 96% Combed Cotton 4% Spandex jersey 240gm 58/60 inches wide.
8. I need a small change to one of your items, can you help me?
We can make small customizations to orders of 10 pieces or more. There is a $5 upcharge minimum per piece for a customization, and we require a 3 week lead time for any custom pieces. Also, customized items are not returnable or exchangeable, so we generally recommend ordering a size run of our standard pieces first. 9. Do all your items come lined, or only certain colors and fabrics?
Yes we line them for free! However, we only add lining to our lighter colors to prevent them from being see through, as the rest of the colors do not need lining. The following colors are lined:
Lycra - Light Ivory, Ivory, Light Yellow, Neon Yellow, Yellow, Coral, Neon Orange, Baby Pink, Light Blue, Neon Lime, Mint, Light Nude, White, Pink and Salmon.
Shiny Lycra - White, Yellow, Nude, Baby Pink, Baby Blue, Mint, and Neon Lime.
Cotton - White, Light Pink, Pink.
Holographic - White/Silver and White/Peral.
